VIZart Cultural Organization & IWS Albania size the pleasant opportunity to announce the:

“Tirana International Watercolor Biennale”, 5 Edition.

A Super Event that comes with another curatorial concept, and with a lot of interesting exhibitions.

Biennale will bring together 15 Great International Master of the watercolor, in a magnificent exhibition.

“SMS/ SUPER MASTER SHOW “

The works of the great Masters will be exposed at the Tirana Art Gallery and at the National Historical Museum, culture and heritage core of the Albanian Capital, from 4 – 14 May 2023.

A Special exhibition will be open at the “Tirana Art Gallery “in the memory of our Friend and Master Ihor Mosiichuk that passed away last year.

During the same days, at the same place “National Historical Museum”, at the second floor, from 4-14 May 2023, will be open “RINArt /Tirana International Contemporary Festival” , second edition, when the artists that would like to be part of this festival and exhibit alongside the Great Masters (at the second floor ), are welcome to join it.

All these events are part of the Tirana International Watercolor Biennale, five editions.

During the Biennale Days, various workshops, interactive events and live demonstrations, hands-on exhibitions will be taking place, and will be attended by the Professional public and media representative. The public will enjoy the master’s live demonstration and their presence.

Dear Friends and artists!

In 2023 Tirana received the title of European Sport Capital – so are looking for works that has the sport like subject, any kind of it, but you can apply for different subject also.

Artists that would like to be in Tirana during this time, following the masters and the event, are welcome. We soon will present the package and the program activities, so you can contact us to our address:

Guidelines for participation:

The artists that would like to participate:

• They don’t need to send their original works to Albania, we will print them and frame it.

• The artist has to upload a digital image of their work.

• The images should be sent together with the application form

• Send to our Email address - [email protected]

• Naming of the image should be in the format of:

Name_Title_Size_Country.jpg

• The size of image should be between 3MB – 5MB, minimum of 2500 pixels on the longer side.

• We are open for any dimension.

Artist’s original work only. No copies or likenesses of another artist’s work including published source or reference not attributable to the artist. The work must be completed within last 2 years

Each artist can submit 1 work.

Participation artists will be presented the Appreciation Certificates.

Participation Fee is 100 Euro.

For young artists (18 to 22 years old) the fee is 70 Euro.

The fee must be done with PayPal (details will be provided).

The fee includes participation, printing and framing for the exhibition in high resolution.

Participation artists will be presented the Appreciation Certificates).

In the needs of promote exhibition, the exhibitor has the right of photography, publicity, propaganda and creating exhibition derivative and can publish the work through relative media networks for long time.
