American New World International Exhibition

Participating Requirements:

1. Participants must be over 18 years old.

2. Participants are required to provide 1 or 2 images of American Continent-themed entries, the dimension of painting is not restricted. The image should not be less than 1MB but not larger than 2500 pixels on the longer side.

3. There are no restrictions on the style of the works to be exhibited. Media should be watercolor on paper. Digital works and watercolor-covered inkjet works are not allowed.

4. Image file should be named and sent in the following format:

Country + Author + Title + Size + Email

5. Images need to be sent as email attachments, third-party links (google drive/ WeTransfer, and others, are not accepted.

6. The work must be original, copying, or imitating others’ works will be disqualified.

7. Entry fees: Entrants need to pay 25 euros for entry, fees will not be refunded for non-selected artwork. Payment should be sent via Paypal to [email protected]

7. Deadline: February 15, 2024. (Check dates)

8. Once the image of the work is uploaded, the participants must agree that the organizer can use the copyright of the picture of the work for the purpose of advertising, and promoting the activities organized by the IMWA (International Watercolor Masters Alliance).

120 works will be selected for the online exhibition.

The winning artists will receive Canson-branded painting materials.

All selected painters receive electronic certificates.

Result announcement date:

Selection announcement: End of March 2024

Winners’ announcement: End of March, 2024

The organizer may invite the award-winners to become members of the International Watercolor Masters Alliance.

Membership certificates and information will be presented and sent around April – May2024 (To be confirmed)
